It's easy, but there are a couple steps. Do you have it saved onto your computer?

Yes I do, and I know how to get the episodes onto iTunes.

Okay, well, once you have them in iTunes right click the episode and select the option "covert for iPod". It might be "covert to iPod" I'm not sure. It's something about converting.
