Ok, so I haven't written in this in forever, but I've decided to pick it up again. However, it is going to take a different tone. From now on I will just have a random question/thought of the day/week/month/however long it takes me to update

I'm pretty sure that would be a very serious problem. But here's the kicker for me: it would be tough, but doable for me if it was the parents' issue, meaning that they knew about their son's gaydom and had chosen not to accept that, and knew he was in a relationship and chosen not to acknowledge that. It would mean I would be on a sleigh ride to marry into an unpleasant family, which is not something I'm interested in doing, and would require a lot of serious thought and serious determination, but at the same time, it wouldn't be a dealbreaker
