Look at the Hottie in the Tight Jeans

I watch a lot of television shows. The problem with television shows is that they continue from season to season, but new shows arrive every year to tempt you. I lost two shows this last year, but, er, I think I already filled their slots with other continuing series. I am, however, checking out three new shows this upcoming season: Pushing Daisies ( Read more... )

Tuesdays are so lonely now with just Reaper, which I'm not even sure I'll be watching. It makes me sad.

But you should check out Chuck also (I have no idea when it's suppose to air), I found it quite humorous.

Yeah, I've actually heard good things about Chuck. But I don't want to add more to my schedule! Plus, it's on against Prison Break, and I don't want Mondays to be as crowded as Thursdays.

Tuesdays are lonely. I was actually all ready to say that for the first time in, like, close to EIGHT YEARS, I would have nothing to watch on Tuesday, but then Reaper came along, and even though I doubt it will be NEAR as good as Buffy or Veronica Mars or even Gilmore Girls, there it sits, on our holy day.

Stop saying that! I have so many shows already!!! I will not succumb! I was not impressed with the incoherent clips that were on the website.

Sigh. I am far grumpier than you it seems. I found Pushing Daisies far too quirky and cute - and I've already been informed that I have no heart for that, so please, spare me - and I hated Reaper. Of course, I still want PD to succeed, because, hey, Bryan Fuller, and Chi McBride is awesome, and all the colours are so pretty, and Lee Pace is very hot, and we need more like those scenes where Kristin Chenoweth is finally in his eyeline because she is standing on a table.
Reaper I feel far less obliged to, as I don't adore Missy Peregrym that much, and besides, she can always return to Heroes. So, no tears for this one.
Chuck, funnily enough, is pretty much like the concept of Jake 2.0 played like Reaper, so the only possible reason why I liked it more has to be Adam Baldwin. I think it's safe to say that if you want to watch Reaper, you don't need to watch Chuck, because it would be like watching a rerun. With Baldwin instead of Ray Wise.

I completely agree with you on SCC; Bionic Woman is pretty similar, only that it has Katee ( ... )

Here's a heads up on Weeds. They've also leaked their first 3 eps as well. FYI, I still haven't watched anything and don't know when I'll do it.

This was a good non-spoiling review. For the moment my only solid lock-in among the new shows is PD though.

Oh, I know about Weeds. I'm not done with the second season yet, though.

I'm very excited for Pushing Daisies :D I hope it gets picked up by a channel I have so that I don't have to do the weekly download again.
