Stop! Hiro Time!

Oct 10, 2006 00:33

I know it's uncommon for me to post twice in one day, and I take great pains not to do so if I can help it, but I was doing my part for the fandom. I hope you can forgive me. Now, onward! Monday night television awaits!

Heroes: Chapter 3 (One Small Leap...for the Human Genome Project!) )

sports night, tv, studio 60 on the sunset strip, heroes

Next week's Heroes is THE BRYAN FULLER EPISODE OMG and I have been promised by someone who's read it that it has an amazing ending. I'm really excited!

DUDE HE WROTE AN EPISODE? KICKASS I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE AWESOMENESS!!!111

(Upon coming down from the squee, I ask myself, "Hold on a second, Bryan Fuller? Creator of such whimsical outings as Dead Like Me and Wonderfalls? How, exactly, will this play out properly? Hm. Unless it's all about Claire meeting the Reapers and Hiro trying to communicate with a stuffed koi.")

The episode has a lot of Hiro stuff (and Claire is Bryan's favorite character, or was last time I talked to him), so you nevvvvvvver knoooooow. ;)

Claire was my favorite character until it became clear that Hiro was MASTER OF TIME AND SPACE, which...is pretty hard to beat, invulnerability be damned. But I eagerly await Bryan's episode.

I'm way too tired to properly comment on your thoughts on S60, but I'm glad to hear you're sticking with it.

I was at the opera, so I missed 'em.

No, I really was!

If there were a Cowboy Superhero I would just die of the awesomeness.

I was just getting ready to do my flailing - oh my God my shows were fabulous last night post and wondered over into Friends land and see you are doing the same thing. Weren't they fabulous last night? I was like - noooooooo, don't end shows, don't end. Seriously - that was the best Studio 60 yet and I agree with everything you said. And Heroes - I was so happy to see Peter punch Nathan. What a dick! My only complaint with Heroes is get rid of Simone. I find her useless and boring. Please, please. Other than that, loving every minute and the hour flies by.

I hope Studio 60's ratings are better - all the rating angst this year - between this show and VM does not bring on the happy.

Yeah, she's kind of dumb. But I assume she serves her purpose, especially now that Peter's declared his True Love. Unless her purpose is just to make scenes with Isaac really awkward or something.

I actually called Heroes "intellectual intercourse", the same thing I call Veronica Mars.

Hiro and Claire are just fraking awesome.

Oh, Niki doesn't make mistakes..........she buries them!(old Undertaker reference, /got nothing)

I left a recap/review on my LJ, if anyone's interested:
