I just finished reading If You're Reading This, It's Too Late, the second book in the Secret Series by Pseudonymous Bosch (the first being The Name of This Book Is Secret). My nieces are reading The Name of This Book is Secret. I read the first few pages at their house last week and thought it was really cute and funny, but I don't know if I'd be able to make it through the whole book. Sort of like the Lemony Snicket books: I find them adorable and entertaining, but at a certain point, I don't really have the desire to keep reading.

There was a line in the book that made me think of you for some reason. Cass is all, "I have a million things to tell you!" And then she tells Max-Ernest a couple things that have happened. And Max-Ernest replies, "That wasn't a million things. That was two."

I haven't read the Lemony Snicket books yet, but I want to. I do suggest giving these a try, but I get it if the whole conceit isn't your cup of tea.

I have desperately tried to put every square centimeter of tissue to use before. It is not fun. On behalf of all sniffly ladies on public transportation everywhere, thank you for being a sweetheart and giving her a clean tissue!

I got your postcard yesterday! It was adorable. And to answer your question: no, no you can't. Unless you can.

Aw. I really want to read your book of essays when it's published.

Heh. I could have gone on to discuss my desire to help people and be useful, all personal-essay style, but it was late and I was tired.
