Harry Dies! The Next Book Is Called Ron Weasley and the Fleeing in Terror.

There are NO SPOILERS in this post. I finished Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince last Monday, reading almost the entire book in one day, and I liked it. My favorite will probably always remain Prisoner of Azkaban. I thought about writing a post about it, but the world doesn't really need yet another LJ post on HPB. So I direct you to etherealclarity's reviewRead more... )

I love the title of your post. I noticed that was your away message on IM a little while ago, and had a nice laugh over it. Hee hee!

Thanks for linking to those two posts. They were very good, and I pretty much agreed with them, so thanks for that.

And I'm with you in that Prisoner of Azkaban will probably always be my favorite of the books, even while all the ones since then have been wonderful.

I love the prediction of Dumbledore pulling out a shotgun and shooting Voldemort. Awesome.

It turns out to be nothing but a treatise on how one can't dis/apparate into Hogwarts.

That too would sell millions of copies! (I'd be first in line.)

I think book three and book six are tied for my favorite. She clearly needs to write a ninth book.

I want your friend Angelo to be my friend Angelo.

Ron Weasley would not flee in terror. He'd fight valiantly.

I think Goblet of Fire is my favorite, but I'm not sure.

Angelo's also the person who got me into comics, and we talked Shakespeare a lot. He was one of the best parts of my Rice experience.

Ron Weasley would totally flee if Voldemort rode a giant spider.

Or was a giant spider, Wild Wild West style.
