The Airborne Toxic Event - Sometime Around Midnight

When I saw them at BFD, I thought they had a couple good songs, and this must have been one of them. It's just the perfect song for that kind of sound. It's lovely. It's like...stars. I don't know. It reminds me of Explosions in the Sky with words ( Read more... )

Savannah is very human! In a previous episode there was talk about how since the accident Savannah is terrified of her mother and I think she wet herself in fear.

Given that Weaver seems generally unconcered about OMG FINDING JOHN CONNOR like the other metal from the future, I am wondering if she has a different affiliation, perhaps working to change the direction of Skynet's evolution into something different. I at least hope there is some kind of twist there.

Underground tunnels were great!

I enoyed Dollhouse a lot more this week. In kinda settled in more.

Also? Mark Shepard AND Matt Keeslar. Double Middleawesomeness.

BSG was a bit... meh? While I guess I like that Balter (and the writers) haven't forotten about Baltar's little culty people, it all seems a bit superfloous given how little time is left. Blah blah final five arguing.... let's have Cavil etc turn up already for a big fight, yes?

Poor little Cylon baby though. :( Gues Hera really is super-important.

I am worried now that they are saving the remaining kickass WTFery for the finale. Eeep.

I listened to another song and it was rather different, more upbeat. But not bad. I love their name, so I want to like them! I'll have to find the songs I like.

Oh yea- I did like Six being back. Other than that, I was really bored during tonight's BSG. Sigh.

You know I felt the squick more tonight in Dollhouse even though I liked the episode better. Kind of a conundrum.

I did like the whole spying on the town thing from TCC but overall this episode just felt really slow and draggy.

I just downloaded the song, and it is only about 30 seconds in, and I already love it. I am picturing it playing during a movie scene where the character is standing somewhere with their arms outstretched and the wind blowing through their hair or something in a very dramatic fashion.
