That was a bang-up ending! Sam was being heroic, Dean was being stoic as well as a smart ass. I love Sam roping in help - even if the adult half was not as helpful.

Well, if it’s a choice between ‘there’s an afterlife’ and ‘I’m clinically insane,’ I guess I don’t mind the first one being the winner. Just love that line.

And the ending? Sad and warm, but I feel for poor Messanger #3's parents.

This was awesome. A terrfic casefic, very tightly plotted, and with a handful of great OCs. I really liked Audrey and seeing Dean as a teacher and poor Marty - that mixup was kind of hilarious. This story should have been an episode. Well done.

What a great final chapter! Lots of action and scariness and 'hurry up Sam' and 'Deeeeeeean!' and then the glorious flames!

I liked this entire fic a lot. I have to mention the subtle (and not so subtle flashbacks!) references to John, to their childhood. It really gave the plot dept, nice touch.

Your other characters all fit in well with the plot too.

Very authentic Supernatural feel to this casefic :) Thank you for writing and sharing.

I'd hoped to really boost the tension with this one, and I'm glad it didn't disappoint. I always love using their childhood, which we still only know bits and pieces about, to add depth to a story. Anyawy, I'm glad it all worked, and that it felt authentic. Thanks so much for reading and reviewing, your comments mean a lot!
