Ooo, are the apartments really that nice? I'd rather not live in those decaying shacks on the edge of town much longer.

And "Halloween"? What's that?

The ones in the first district are! This seems to be the residential district after all. And there are some old mansions in the village I think...

I see that you did not have Halloween in your world...well it's basically a day when people can dress in costumes and while the little children go around houses to get candy, adults usually throw social costume balls and socialize.

At my school, we held Halloween events that usually involve tests of courage and other fun festival events~!

...Hmmm. I've had enough of mansions for now. ♥

Aaaah, that sounds like fun. ♥ We had masquerades back home sometimes, but I've never heard of a celebration like this before.

And really? How exciting! *laugh*

I believe it stemmed back from commoners celebrating the dead. *shudders a little* It's changed over the centuries, however.

And it is quite fun! There's also the essence of horror and fright!

Apartment, hm? It would be better than sleeping on the ground. How does one go about acquiring one?

There are actually quite several around, and the keys are all in the front desk. So you can just walk in and choose a room if you wish.

Sounds almost too simple. I guess I'll see if there are double rooms for myself and Luke.

There should be some. I'm in a single suite myself, but I believe the upper floors are larger.

Haha, well I suppose I did deal with them quite often back home. This is a little different, however.

I wasn't even aware of a grand opening, Tamaki.

I believe I've been absent from Somarium for a week or longer...

Really?

I had wondered where you went...but it's good to hear your voice again! You should stop by for a bit of tea whenever you have time.

Apartments, huh? That'd be pretty convenient.

Say, I've been wondering--what d'you do about running water and electricity in this place? There's nobody to provide it, is there? Or are they just...there?

There are several around, and in the other districts as well! Though I would think the residential district would be your best bet for best accommodations.

And it seems everything works on its own..well, if it does work at all. Where I am, everything is working perfectly.

Yeah, that would make sense.

Huh... Heh, I guess no worries about paying rent or anything like that, either. I'll check it out sometime!

No, they are all readily available. As if they were waiting for new tenants...

But how are you enjoying your stay here so far?
