See, that's the thing. Amy and Rory are so young still and they've left the Doctor (or the Doctor's left them) there's no reason why they shouldn't continue with their lives and I like to imagine that River will visit them...I like to think that she'll visit them a lot and not even always with the Doctor. I believe that she'd encourage them to have more children. Of course she would.

Heeeeeeeeeeeee!!! That was so beautiful!!! I love this! The first 'appearanbce' of Amelia Song!!! Heee!!

I can so see Rory saying to the Doctor just after River confirmed she was pregnant: "you got MY daughter pregnant?" lol!!!!

I love how River is anxious to tell the Doctor, and how the TARDIS just knows and showed them that she's ready to have a baby travelling with them.

It's so perfect! I love it so much!!

I would also, find that hilarious. But with this story, i'm not taking that route. There might be mention of it later, when Amelia's a little girl or something, if Rory has a moment and makes a snide remark and River has to tell him to reign it in, lol. But other than that, while I find that an adorable concept, this one isn't taking that turn, lol.

Oh, with River being her baby, I imagine that the Tardis would do anything within her power, to protect River's baby. Don't you agree?

You can still use it in a completely different fic! But I can't wait to read more fics in that verse!!

I do! And Amelia is a bit of the Tardis granddaughter, after all. I think she'd even protect River and the baby from the Doctor if it ever comes to that.

So much love for this fic. It's beautiful, poignant, and just... Once again, cannot really describe it with words. But it's magnificent.

I declared this to be my favorite of the series. (Until I read the world's a beast of burden) I love the whole idea of the TARDIS wanting to protect River and the baby in such a grand and over the top way. The image of a bouncy castle in the middle is brilliant. I can imagine under any other circumstances, the Doctor would just kick his boots off and hop right in!

"The sound of two hearts, no - he gasped - four."

And this! This this this! I love how she told him the news, a shared secret only between their minds for the briefest moments, even though Amy and Rory are standing right there. Just absolutely brilliant!
