I like that aspect of her in the book. It makes Richard's love all the more poignant. I wish that they had more of it in the show. And more of the importance of her hair!! I mean, they've got the hair, but could they tell us how important it is? That'd be nice. And also, how significant it was that Cara's got cut off. (I had a Samurai moment, there when they did that to her.)

Yeah, the hair is a really significant thing and they've sort of, only half done it in this. She does have epic hair and they do give her extensions so it is intentional. But it'd be nice if they could address it. I suppose though, that would mean that they'd have to be hyper-vigilant with the length of hair for all the co-stars and guest-stars. It would take effort. But not too much, I don't think. I love how in SoT, Richard grows it back!! MEGA!AWWWWWW. Because I actually, literally cried when the Wizard cut it off.

This was so perfectly in character and sweet and I loved it! My favorite park was when she touches his chest and he doesn't flinch and how much that means to her. With all the touching going on in the show lately, I tend to forget how she'd never been touched even casually by anyone before Richard.

That was wonderful! You have an eye for detail and a beautiful way with words. And it was nice to have this scene to explain some of how Richard isn't afraid of Kahlan and how that is so different from everyone else. That's one theme I've always liked from the show that isn't heavily emphasized. Really great job!

Hmmm, well I hope to write more. I do. I'm also working on a proposed BigBang challenge. But it's still in the pre-production stages. It's not going ahead yet, hehe. I wish there were more fic, it's tough in this fandom because so much of the fic is all about the books and I get confused when I read one and something is mentioned that I don't understand. (I'm only up to "Blood Of The Fold" so I get really lost sometimes. And also, things that peope mention that are in the show, in a lesser capacity, so it's confusing then too.
