excitement!
the weather finally changed for the better! and after 2 weeks of dreary rainy cold rides to work on my scooter i got to drive home to see that my street (all 2 houses of it) was blocked off! apparently they decided to shoot a few scenes of the new zombie/comedy?? 40s movie "fido" next door! how exciting! i get to look out the window and see a road

I remember once, whike i was downtown where the old cinpeplex used to be, they were shooting a movie there. They were doing this cool car chase scence, where a car came barrelling down 6th ave, and then once it reached Victoria St, It did a huge swerve, wheels screeching/smoking and then he peeled out and drove down Victoria. Prety neat, and there were all these extras walking around pretending to be actual pedestrians. I thought it was pretty cool.
I think actually witnessing a zombie chase scene or killing would have made my day, or perhaps my year even. How intreaguing and cool all at the same time.
P.S anyone notice the multitude of zombie/undead movies coming out as of late? Odd.
