This was actually good very good!
And it was the first Conan fic I read in all of my 30 years!

But I have to give you that...It instantly felt familiar and the whole vibe and feel of what Master Howard inspired was in this fic! Also great use of Olaf.

We need more of that savage and raw fantasy these days! Afer all, its not all pretty elves and whatnot!

Thank you! I wanted to make sure that I did it right, and so I did plenty of research; re-reading all the Howard stories first, of course, and going to the same sources for names as Howard did. Ancient Persian sources for the name of the city and the names of the characters of Shemite blood, and I took the names of those of Kothic descent from those of Merovingian kings, abbots, and princesses of the 5th and 6th centuries.
