Hee! I figured it was the "Benny Hill Show" right away.

My parents used to watch that. I was younger then and found it mortifying ... I was quite a prudish and easily-embarrassed teenager. ;)

Thank you!

I never found the Benny Hill Show to be particularly funny - but I sometimes watched it just for the pretty girls.

Benny Hill! I haven't seen that show in years; it's the first place I ever saw uncovered breasts on TV. Not that the nudity was the most memorable thing about it ...

I don't remember any uncovered breasts - I must have missed that episode.

I think the censors missed that episode, too ozma914 November 2 2006, 08:23:56 UTC
It was one of those typical chase scenes, and at one point Benny opened the door of a very small building -- I seem to recall it was an outhouse, although I could be wrong -- to reveal a topless woman standing there. That's all I really remember about it; I was about 18 at the time, so you can imagine what part stuck in my mind. It was a shock because this was a local independant broadcast station, and breasts over the airwaves was a *huge* no-no -- especially back then. I've always wondered if anyone lost their job over that one.
