I went up to Tallahassee last weekend. I didn't announce it because I was having enough trouble fitting in the people who had been calling me up and begging me to go visit. I really do want to head up there at some point soon. With a real job where I accrue time off and make *actual* money (the kind you can spend in shops and pay hookers with) it might actually happen.

I work one job and I feel like that...
And I miss the whole Tallahassee scene. I didn't know how good I had it until I moved out here to the Land of No Cool People.

I have such a love/hate relationship with Tally. On one hand it's a barren wasteland of despair and angst. On the other hand, it's home.

As miserable as I was most of my time there, and as happy as I am a surprisingly large amount of the time here, I still miss it.

Hi. Did you got to KHHS? If so, you may remember me (Crystal) from Yearbook.

(Several friends are harassing me to get on Facebook; so far the main affect has ended up being me googling a bunch of people I went to high school and college with but haven't spoken to in years.)

So, yeah, I hope this is you because I thought I'd say, hi, what's up? Because I've grown *much* too attached to LJ and get excited when anyone I've known off of LJ turns up on LJ. It's a little sad, actually. cg-waters is my shiny new professional identity. Because I'm a writer, and I'm finally doing what most everyone knew I always should have done--write professionally.

(you can tell me to go away, and I will, no hard feelings, because I realize this is all... nosier than I usually am, I swear.)
