ouch! that's too sad..
i badly want to go trick-or-treating even if my age is already considered as an 'adult'.. and since we don't do trick-or-treat in our country, i always dream of wearing costumes and scaring people (or make them smile because of my costume)..

I trick-or-treated a few times in high school, but it's just not fun anymore. I don't think there's a real (non-paranoia) reason to set an age limit: people will grow out of it on their own. But if they have fun going out with their friends, what's wrong with that?

I don't set an age limit; I set a time limit. When the candy runs out, I close up shop. This usually happens about 8pm when the little ones disappear and the older ones start.

Since 2003, however, we have lived on a farm, and NO ONE comes to our door anymore. What's wrong with having parties and skipping door to door?

I've never gone trick-or-treating, since my parents are against it. They're anti-halloween, overall, actually. But considering how many lives here on the country-side where I live.. there's not much use doing it anyway. ^^; Though I feel I've missed out on fun things.
