Huh. I've never even heard of a Government based on Subsistence. HAHA LOL I just google searched it and came up with this All I know about subsistence is subsistence agriculture/self sufficient farming. Maybe a government based on self sufficiency? It seems weird that even the Internet doensn't mention it.
