I saw OVO a little while back. It's typical Cirque delight. Yeah, the shows are expensive, and not always easy to suss out the story behind them (even if there is one, lol). The expense is not exactly a bad thing, if the shows were somehow cheap, I'd end up seeing them way too often and the whole thing would lose its appeal. After all, how many different ways can you package a high balancing act, large-scale acrobatics, a clutch of quadruple-jointed contortionists, Chinese girls probably barely into two-digit age that do amazing stuff with yo-yos, etc. ;)
All that being said, we have tix for their new show coming to town in April. I think it's called "Totem". Looks cool. X-D
