I can envision plenty of colorful names that you would have called me, had you felt like expending the effort. Consider your name-calling obligation fulfilled.
Definitely less than 2 hours. I think the total distance between your house and mine (depending on traffic, obviously) should take about 2 and a half hours, actually. Roughly. Though I admit I could be off.
I do have your cell phone number. If you haven't shown up by 5, I will assume you have died, unless I hear otherwise. And of course, call if you have issues for some reason. There's some construction on the Taconic at the exit I think you usually take, but you should be fine.
Shiny new tires, yay! It doesn't quite compete with those, but I have a shiny new suitcase. (It has wheels. Score! No more toting around that 40-something-year-old off-white horror.) Also, you're right in that we probably should stop and eat at some point. But we can figure that out as we go.
Oh no. I meant a total of two hours between our houses. Not just after the thruway. No offense, but I'd be a lot less inclined to pick your ass up if that were the case. Sometimes I can get from the thruway to my house in about an hour or an hour and a half, but I was probably being really optimistic. Plus there will probably be lots of rain. Bleh.
Hah, yeah, I wouldn't blame you at all for not picking me up if it took 2 hours to get here from the Thruway. That would be a really shitty trip.
Like I said, I could be off about the time estimate, and it depends how fast you decide to drive, too. I'm hoping that we'll get most of the rain out of the way today, but it doesn't seem likely, does it?

I don't think you're forgetting anything.
