Cricketing roundup time:

Roooooot! It has been such a good summer, despite the ODIs. I still can't quite believe we won this evening, or that my mum tried to turn the radio off between the fifth and sixth balls of the final over! She thought we could get into the house in time whilst I gibbered in the back seat and nearly cried.

Unless the weather conspires, I'll be at Headingley for at least the last two days of the final match. Hopefully it'll be a dead rubber with Root as Captain and Gale there to lift the trophy, because we deserve it and none more than he does.

It has been an incredible summer, even with the ODIs and the Sri Lanka stuff. There are some very positive signs that I can't wait to see how the England boys take them forward over the next few months.

Yorkshire have been incredible and it was lovely to see it all come off for them so brilliantly this week. Hope the weather is with you and you have an awesome time at the cricket.
