How is that even a freaking question? No seriously. I mean. The rebels have done their fair share of awful stuff but the Romans institutionalized horrific treatment. Dionna, Sura, all of the gladiators killing each other for sport, in training, THE ENTIRETY OF THE PITS, the way every other sexual encounter is a freaking rape the Romans seem to engage in is a rape, the way they dont seem to understand that non-Roman lives are still LIVES, the crucifixions, killing EACH OTHER, government subsidized torture, and killing each others' children.
