Lesley-Ann, no! Come back! I need Crixus and Naevia to get a little bit more happiness!

But seriously, I'm quite shocked by this.

....huh.

Well, I hope she sticks around b/c I don't think anyone could be as lovely at playing Naevia as she is, but uh, hm. Well.

You know, I'm not sure. It seems like her manager has been in the talent industry for over a decade but the small agency website (The Independent Group) doesn't have a listing of her or other clients.

Actually after you replace the main actor, it probably becomes easier to replace the other actors. Maybe they might just have a Menudo type situation on their hands.

Yeah, in some ways, I see it as rude to the Raimis and DeKnight who gave her a big break and cast her in other productions. She's lovely and talented but I'm not sure that this casts the best light on her when she goes to auditions.

I'm wondering if she has bad representation because it seems like her manager used to be in real estate. In any case, I would think that filming SBS would still give her half the year to be in LA to pursue other roles while giving her a stable gig near her family. Its not like SBS is a 24 episode a season show like Community so she isn't always tied to NZ.

I hope her gambit works but I agree, this isn't the best PR move. Then again this could be a rumor because her twitter, fb, and website haven't been updated to say she is leaving the show.
