Do you not think things should at very least give it a good go though? The majority of films that come out don't even have originality as an aim on any level, and just stick to tried and tested formulas to such an extent that it never even seems worth going to see them to me. It is possible to be at least a LITTLE creative with these things.

Well I definitely think we can all agree it would've been a better film if Penelope Cruz was replaced with Sean Connery.

AND THE FAN GIRLS WOULD GO WILD =P Seriously though I'm not saying each character is the exact same in each, I mean in POTC4 there are two villains for starters and Indy's Dad would be two people (Gibbs and Angelica). It's more the situations that are similar
