I love the idea of psycho!Sam getting off on killing girls he's been with and telling Dean they're demons.

Oh, Dean.
I can take a lot of fucked-up Winchesters, but one where Dean isn't loved by at least Sam....

I tried to make it a little happier but it just wanted to be very bleak...I think maybe Sam depends on Dean on some level, but--yeah. Maybe I'll write something fluffy soon? :P
