In the middle of so much stress and tanking health and family drama, I find out that one of my dearest friends, who lives half the country away, is coming to my state next month--by sheer happenstance on my birthday! So there's a little light in the world.

Oh, and I finally got new glasses! I can see!

Hee! The end of February--the 23rd. It seemed pretty close but now I have the visit to look forward to six weeks seems like aaaaages. :P
