There's a film made by 3M that can be put over windows in order to break up the reflection and stop bird strike. It's similar to the stuff they use on bus windows for advertisements (have you ever seen a bus that is completely covered in an advertisement or some funky design? This is what they use) You can still see out of the window, but it no longer is reflective on the outside. We put it up at my old refuge because we had tons of bird strikes, especially in one area where the window reflected a lake habitat. I saw so many birds get killed from those windows. Once I had a belted kingfisher with a broken neck die in my hands...it was horrible.
