Without cleaning or staging or censoring, what's in your bag right now? Your purse, backpack, tote, laptop bag, fanny pack... whatever large container of items you carry around with you the most.

You probably know that I am rarely seen without my backpack. It's due for replacement, and I'm shopping around, but as of right now it contains:

I've been splitting my life between my backpack (which I use for classes and when I want to haul Vera or textbooks places) and my messenger bag (which I use when I need less stuff, and less heavy stuff).

Currently the latter seems to have:
a multitude of sharpies and too few pens and pencils1,
toothpaste and a toothbrush,
a spring made by removing the spiral of a notebook,
a pair of hairsticks that I just removed since it is almost too fucking hot2 right now and hair needs to be up

Backpack currently has:

an orange CVS prescription bottle labeled with my name and various other information containing 29 grey pills,
various and sundry sharpies, pens, pencils, and I believe an eyeliner pencil? The hell? It's blue.,
a thing of actual chapstick brand chapstick, flavoured vanilla mint
Half a packet of creamy ranch flavoured "soy crisps",
A packet of raspberry stuff-what-you-put-into-water-to-turn-it-into-juice, a packet of eclipse gum3,
a white plug adaptor that turns Vera's cord from long and three pronged into short and two pronged,
a black soft case for my laptop, empty
a brochure for the Lesley University counseling center, some papers on tutoring at a local high school,
an A5 sized black notebook, with plain paper, and many many doodles and notes. Some water damage,
a blue folder containing various papers related to my physics class,
a blue spiral A44 notebook labeled "AfrAmer Hist Fall '09" containing many things, but most recently my physics notes
