thanks so much for doing this, i thought it was organised really well :)
your updates/posts/messages were all really clear! also, thanks for being patient but firm with slow people (like me orz) who had to ask for extensions.

Thank you. A lot of people asked for extensions, so I'm glad I had an early deadline. I know it's a busy time of year, so it's easy to forget little projects like this. Most people did well though!

I liked the organization system, what with the slower releases over time so everything didn't come out in one grouping and leave those who got things out later feeling alienated. Also, your patience with slower people (like myself) was wonderful! Your willingness to aid people with the forms and the like was great, too.

Thank you. My other reasoning with the slower releases was that I didn't want to spam everyone with a bunch of stuff to see/read at one time. I think the con to that may be that some people forget to check for updates after a while, but I liked the pacing (it was easier for me to handle posting them that way).

I may work with the assignment email a bit to make it a little more easy to follow next time. :3

Seconding the aboves, in thanking you for running the exchange this year and for keeping it well-organized.

I liked the 12 days of Christmas style. And despite having to turn fic in sooner, I like that fic was posted in December. Made it feel more holiday-like. Liked the reminders of deadlines.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Thank you. I'm glad that the deadline reminders were liked. I was afraid that they might be annoying.

I really wanted the gifts to come out during the holidays. I just should have started sign-ups a bit earlier.
