Do you have specific paintings that you've used as references? If so, which ones are they?

Great analysis, btw! I never thought of it quite like that but re-reading several times what you've written, I think it's a really insightful reading of the paintings, IMO.

Indeed. By placing God in a realm so far removed from that of humans, the artists contradict their own concept of God and kind of defeat God's very purpose according to their own belief system. lol If Jesus exists, somewhere he's like :/ to all of it. XD

I miss art history. As an undergraduate, I had a great time with it.

I'm glad you agree! This has been on my mind for quite some time, before I took art history. I think people have such a wrong idea about God and religion.

As an undergraduate, I had a great time with it.
It's not my favorite subject, but so far it's been good. I love my lecturer. She's amazing.
