cheer up charlie! i would give you a hug if we were in the same time zone, but alas, we are not...so i'll let you know what i do when i am feeling down..... let's start with an example...sunday night 3:11 am a jackhammer starts up outside my apartment. no joke. loud as fuck. miserably sick and super sleepy, i get so upset because i just want to sleep. but then i thought to myself "hey lorraine, at least you am not being kept up due to hunger pains like half the starving people in this world, so why the hell are you so upset?!" it helped. OR when i feel down and just want a hug from a friend and realize i have none in this city, i sing a little mirah. sometimes outloud sometimes just in my head. it puts a smile on my face.. just a couple bits of thought from your elder.
