14 - Paperback 12/Pass the Chex
80 - Helvetica Neue

I think all but Pass the Chex are commercial fonts. I can upload them for you if you want though. I may or may not have gotten them from fontshare, can't remember right now.

I put them in a zip file for you. There were a couple versions [light, bold, etc] so I just put them all in there for you.
