a phobia is the fear of something. some people are afraid of spiders, but they don't go looking for them so they can kick their ass. i don't feel like this is a "homophobic" action. i feel like it is some demented individuals being cruel and barbaric. most definitely wrong, but i don't know if it is homophobic...
