I suspect our ongoing battle of marriage equality is going to cause more headaches so I suspect this may be the first of many posts until it’s a done deal - and then some. So let’s hit some more tomfoolery

Aside from the obvious archaism of the law, it also erases some trans* people and completely ignores the notion of bisexuality.

I'm honestly trying to read as little as possible about this, to save my blood pressure.
