Had lunch with previously mentioned friend at the Chinese buffet. Either I've been building that place up in my head over the last year, or their quality has gone significantly down. Regardless, they put tripe in my pho. DO NOT WANT INTESTINES, PLEASE KAY THANKS! It was unpleasant, and totally ruined the pho. Blech. Icky rubbery bits that look like

I decided to be brave once and tried tripe tacos. In Indiana. That's a mistake I won't make twice.

Tripe is not good. I disapprove of it thoroughly.
