Hmm, sometimes there is nothing that you can really do to make things better, but letting someone know that you would if you could is more than enough.. Just tell them how you feel, what's the worst that could happen? (as a dr pepper once said.. ;p).

Hope things are looking better for you hon, and if there's ever anything I can do for you then just yell :)
