My name is Gai.

You may use it or Youth as you would like. I have not been very youthful of late; Gai might fit better. But I will not be upset whichever one someone uses.

If anyone who is without their weapons needs assistance with the basics of hand-to-hand, I am available to instruct.

Being like one's name is a prerequisite, you think? If you've found your true name it seems more fitting to me to use it.

I have been Youth for so long that it is almost strange to have my true name. And while I enjoyed the name of Youth, I have not lived up to it lately.

Guess you can grow into more than one appellation. Seems natural enough, that too.

[pause] I'm sorry for what you've lost. For what it is worth.

Since we choose names, and have names already, it would seem we do.

Thank you. It has worth.

It's very manly. Maybe not youthful, but you can be both manly and youthful.

Bell said it was manly as well, though generic manly.

Gai.

If that is the name you once had, I shall call you by it from now on.
