Arcee's is actually latin.

There's a lot of meanings for Eventus - but basically it boils down to fate, consequences, etc. Factum translates to a lot of words too (lol, oh Latin) but it's some kind of action - a deed, achievement, etc.

BASICALLY her usename means the consequences of actions.

This one is pretty obvious, to anyone who has read IDW. After Perceptor's return from nearly dying, he becomes a little fixated on the idea that everyone has a debt to pay. In his case, he feels he needs to repay his debt to Drift for saving his life.
