You know how class-D personnel consist of criminals, right? Well what if Rorschach was caught and convicted before Adrian hatched his plan, assigned to the SCP and somehow found out about SCP-231? Naturally, he'd try to rescue her or at least put her out of her suffering... and then the shit would hit the fan.

Though I doubt I could handle reading fic involving 231... my brain would escape through my ears.

Thank you for introducing me to SCP too. I just spent three hours discovering something new, horrifying, and occasionally hilarious, thanks to your prompt, which desperately needs to be written. It might be even more interesting as a Rorschach-doesn't-die-at-the-end AU because 1) Rorschach could be registered as a sex offender based upon the allegations of his landlady and 2) Rorschach's decision to rescue SCP-231-7 despite the risk of armageddon would parallel with his determination to reveal Adrian's little genocide despite the risk of nuclear war.

I love that this gives me an excuse to read through SPC again looking up who' who :D Ooooh 231...I can't think about that one too long without getting creeped out/squicked. But much love for protective-of-kids!Rorschach. I love that he's making use of the other objects too!

I knew I wanted the rescue, and then realized that Rorschach would totally jack a bunch of other stuff on his way out, because that's kinda what he does. XD

It is the squickiest, as it was made to be. And it's bullshit, along with every other 'we cannot destroy this thing' SCP. Just feed 'em all to 682! XD
