Hair pulling, stroking, smelling, twirling-of-around-fingers, etc. Bonus points if it's Laurie doing it to Rorschach because she loves his red, curly hair. Triple bonus points if she does it to his pubic hair, too.

There's a sparseness in your writing (which is simultaneously very evocative) that I always treasure:
"At every cheap diner, he scowls at the waitresses and steals creamer and sugar and packets of pepper. She kicks him under the table and grinds her heel against his knee. His knuckles go white on the table."
And the little touches: Rorschach noticing her bare knees and giving her his coat, writing messages when she loses her voice, Laurie getting annoyed with him for looking at Sally's mannequin (for leering/judging--Ror's special gift) and adopting his flatness...
The haircut scene was very well done (lol), but this broke me:
"... she curls around him and strokes his hair, his wet cheek."

It was a challenge to work with an unspoken grief while keeping him a presence in the fic, and I'm pleased to hear that it worked. Like many of the things between them here, I really wanted it to affect the both of them while they pointedly ignored it.
The little details were the most interesting part to write, figuring out what little things would stand out and what would fall to the wayside, particularly from the stance of the hugeness of what they have to deal with.
