For some reason this feels rather heart achingly sad, even though when you think about it it isn't really. Wonderfully written.

I suppose it's the believing someone is dead, then having to leave them again which gives a sense of sadness, of loss. I'm glad you read it, and thanks so much for commenting :)

This was really good. I can accept that Hinata would try to escape her fate, and you laid it out beautifully. Such a melancholy mood.

SasuHina is a favorite, and I was impressed with Neji's resignation concerning the situation. Very believable. I even gasped a little when Hinata revealed her scarred face. I especially loved that there was no trace of the Hyuuga 'mouse.'

But, aaahh, it's almost like you left us hanging! How did Sasuke and Hinata meet? Does the child possess a bloodline limit? Nibbling little questions that leave me hungry but still allow this reader to feel sated.

Thank you so much for a nice little fic. I'ma gonna put it in my Hyuuga rec list. ♥

Why... thank you *blushes*

The meeting between Sasuke and Hinata will be dealt with in (an excessively long) prequel which is almost ready - but I'm still ironing out some minor details! As for the bloodline... I'm leaving it up to the reader to decide whether their daughter would be better with or without it... Yep, this author is evil *grins*.

I really appreciated your comments, and thanks ever so much for reading!! :D
