My migraines are idiopathic, trying to sort out triggers has been exhausting and nothing has come of it other than the new diagnosis of `cluster headaches`. The headache clinic gave me a regimen of 500mg magnesium, 500mg niacin and 1 regular strength aspirin a day. Also the 50,000 units of vitamin D mega pills every 3 days because my levels were at 21. It`s certainly helped though not eliminated my headaches, and my vit D is higher but still well below `normal`.
