One day, maybe, I will live in a body that's free from headaches.

Sometimes doctors can`t give answers and treat symptoms rather than the underlying cause because the reason is idiopathic. No real reason or way to treat other than just the symptoms.

My migraines are idiopathic, trying to sort out triggers has been exhausting and nothing has come of it other than the new diagnosis of `cluster headaches`. The headache clinic gave me a regimen of 500mg magnesium, 500mg niacin and 1 regular strength aspirin a day. Also the 50,000 units of vitamin D mega pills every 3 days because my levels were at 21. It`s certainly helped though not eliminated my headaches, and my vit D is higher but still well below `normal`.

I hope you find a cocktail of something that works for you, sometimes it takes a lot of guess and test before things work themselves out.
