I love the second reading, and the Ursula K. Le Guin poem reminds me, perhaps oddly, of a more optimistic version of Robert Pinsky's Samurai Song.

I love the second reading, too. I wasn't originally going to have multiple readings, but when I came across that one, it was so beautiful I had to include it. Same logic with the Le Guin poem, too. That last line just makes it all, I think.

I haven't heard of that poem. Just found it - I'll need to read it a few times, but I liked it from the first scan. :)
