Maybe you've already found this site, but it has a WEALTH of slashy Mulder-centric fics. I don't know if you prefer Mulder/Skully and find slash in the X-Files weird (sometimes I still do!) but they can be fun, and some of the Krycek/Mulder fics are hot hot hot! lol
