It also means that a certain scene wasn't in this episode, but that means we still have that to look forward to.

I think they've cut it. Surely they're not going to have Ianto breakdown in the Hub again before the season is out?

Well, there's one episode where something happens and they say that Ianto is affected more than the rest of the team, so I don't know. I hope it hasn't been cut.
