Could someone please explain to me who couped who?
Hamas or Fatah?

I thought Hamas was democratically elected. No?

Jeez, just listening to Condoleezza Rice makes me uneasy. She has this nervous tone about her that is quite disconcerting.

Hamas was democratically elected. Israel, then Canada, and then a bunch of other countries immediately refused to recognize the results of the election and cut off aid and refused to deal with anyone but Fatah. Fatah tried a coup, Hamas won Gaza, and now everything's gone to hell.
