Bottoms up opposite Nicky's usually has Lindefarne's Mead whilst Peter R Green's On Marchmont Road has Moniack Mead....

Peckham's does, however, have Old Krupnik: Polish honey liqueur - think serious spirit equivalent of mead....

Grrr, Peckham's has sold out. And Peter R Green's was closed.

I ended up with second best, Lindisfarne.

I was at Moniack last week, purchased a couple of bottles and some plum wine. They've changed the bottles so that the castle no longer looks like a face. Also, they're circular in cross-section now.
