Well I'm back in Edinburgh, after having spent two weeks in Shetland with my girlfriend Jules and her family. I received Christmas and New Year texts from several of you, and I'm sorry I could not reply, as there was absolutely no reception for me where I was staying. A non-James Bond themes 007 party?

Is that like everyone dressing up as Bond villains and drinking martinis?

It was supposed to be a 'normal' New Year's Eve party but they'd made the 007 from 2007 look like the Bond '007' symbol thing so that many people thought it was a Bond party when it wasn't. So some people dressed up and some didn't.

Shame about the crotchetty old bastard. *Shrug*. You've still got the rest of your life ahead of you, though, so I wouldn't pay much attention to him. (Mind you, I'll agree that it does kinda puts a damper on the celebrations.)

Yay, anime!

I missed far too many episodes last term, so I'm going to have to try and find someone to lend me the Ouran High School Host Club and Scrapped Princess episodes I didn't get to watch.
