Today I received an email offering me an MSc in Quantitative Genetics and Genome Analysis. And all my fees paid. And a studentship worth £7800.

'Nuff said.

Edinburgh Uni.

The actual lectures are all over the place, some in KB, some in Appleton Tower, some in Teviot, some in the Western General, some in the Bush medical centre thingy.

Er, well on that note... it's meant to be quite hard, so I might have to devote a lot of time to my studies. I'll still try and make it out to all my societies if I can though.

Who is offering the studentship?

Edinburgh Uni, and the studentship is being offered by NERC.

Were all the MRC ones gone? They give 12K plus fees.

Um, not sure. As far as I know, they were just offering the NERC ones.
