I don’t like the phrase “your truth” though I don’t have a better alternative. I think truth should be pure and immutable. What we have is imperfect or biased interpretations of the truth. Mostly I see it used almost as a weaponized counter-narrative.

I know what you mean... it can be used to put a statement into an undiscussable frame, because "It's my truth!" Pure and immutable truth isn't accessible to us as a rule, but honest and open discussion can approach it through synthesis of perspectives.
