SO WORTH IT. I was wandering Church Street (Toronto's gay village) after the parade with my friend Jon, who is also a big Doctor Who fan, and we both were hoping that we'd run into John Barrowman partying somewhere. Sadly, we did not. BUT STILL!

Yeah, farohji, shallowesque and I went on the 23rd. We were abominably loud when they introduced him, with extra-loud "whoo"-ing at mentions of DW & Torchwood. He seemed rather taken aback. Hee.

Aw! That is fantastic. And it makes sense that CBC viewers would be Doctor Who fans because, uh, the CBC funds it (right?). So there is no reason to be taken aback, John Barrowman. YOU ARE LOVED.
